laught my ass off at your workbench. i was invisioning the chair slipping. great vid ...thunbs up
Absolute clown. There is a park lever... but ignore that. Then the educated among us drop the deck on the ground BEFORE yanking pins.
@@Failure_Is_An_Option park lever doesn't release a belt thats rusted to the pulley. I guess you missed that part. You should watch it again.
lol
Just watched your video. I have to tell you. I'm building my Grand daughter's 2000 miata and I had to move my 1939 Buick to get it in the garage. What do you have under the car covers? I have 1984 Fiero and a 1991 Caprice under mine.
@@handdtrufan6927 that's awesome, watch my other videos you can see the whole fleet. Cheers!
hell ya brother
Thanks buddy
I like the front a little high in the front. I don't care for the opposite where cars cars looks like they're going down the road on their faces:
I respect people who make their own stuff
Get your Self the front brake disc conversion with the two inch drop spindels.
If i wanted a 2 inch drop i would have left the crappy old springs on it. and the power drums stop the car just fine.
@@MaxAC why leave crappy springs on it? You said that it rides like crap with the old springs. And i would have installed new control arm bushings. Do it rite the first time. Have a nice day.
@@davidkay6241 surprisingly the control arm bushings were still good so I lucked out on that. Cheers!
Hey man great video just letting you know when your disconnecting those throttle linkages and govern spring always try to take the whole carb off first then take those off it just makes it a whole lot easier.
Pretty cool
😊 Bubba, I hope by this time you have bought yourself an impact.. I could’ve had them blades off in about 30 seconds. Lol.😊
I worked on my late father's secretary's lawn mower with that same type of two stroke engine. I bought a new condenser, a stater point, and a coil, put it all together and my word, it started on the 1st, maybe 2nd pull. I was one happy camper. Back in 1989. 😊❤
This is a really good video. Fixing the compression without dragging it out. Straight to the point! Thanks for making the video. Appreciate you were willing to sacrifice your camera.😅👍👍👍
I absolutely miss my neon made it to 250,000 MI the body was shot because of the salt that they put on the road make sure you change over the transmission cooler from the radiator and make sure you change the timing belt that sucker will last you a long time !
Trans cooler and timing belt? So the same problems my Xterra has... dang.
Now for the power. I have the same carriage. It's running 40v reliably, and the difference is very noticeable in power. I just use the dewalt battery pack adapters and ran it off 2 dewalt batteries. I have a 60v dewalt battery, but im not sure if I want to push it.
I got clicking in front dash, middle and right lol. Just started. I gotta do all 4 I think.
I can pull the coil ground on my kholer and it bypasses all the switches..Got a runner..❤
Yes you should have painted the center and the dash it looks awful with everything else shining
The carburetor is not set properly it shouldn't surge like that
I ordered my 14mm x 1.5 from Amazon. But the lug nuts are way bigger. I had to drill the rim hole out, I was afraid to tap those smaller lug nuts because you lose a lot of strength. Toyota Sequia and the larger Lexus SUV's use 14mm x 1.5
Thank you for finding those
Ebay dude 7to 12 dollars toro chargers
vs a $1 charger from a garage sale? and have to wait for some idiot to mail it to me? No thanks, have to maximize profits on resale.
Could have just drilled the rim to make it take round style lug nuts…
I would suppose you could if you had a drill press that would hold a rim
Worms just get bodied by like everything 😂
I bought a doorman brand actuator and it had instructions on resetting I guess the motors or some like that to the actuator is that needed ?
Why did you edit out the part of you putting the back light back in!?!? That’s where I’m struggling!!!
How did you take the light out? Just put it back the same way.

You have saved me and my car !! Your videos help me change my water pump and now my radiator ! I love the Hank hill reference ! My car had water pump issues and you help me fix it and now my radiator having issues and this here help thank you so much!
Glad It could help
Some foreighn jalopy.
did you ckeck the preload on the pinion bearings?
Nope.. just went full send.
Thanks for the update and the way you explain things thanks once again for the efforts appreciate the great job and your great teacher 👍🇩🇰🙏
What’s the part called exactly??
My trunk won’t open with either of the buttons. When I press the trunk button on my key fob it lights up but won’t open.
Lucky kid learning how to drive a car basically that’s so awesome
She sounds so much better at the end than she did at the beginning.
Is that adapter just a poorly cast piece of junk?
basically
That kind of squealing sound is a sign of lubrication.Whatever car is squeaking apply some oil very lightly in the center pen underneath the car between the two brushes but very little
Sounds like they need some lubrication and servicing other than that very nice set.I believe that set came with the jaguar in the mustang
Very nice set from the early 60s.One roll of thumb is don't shut it up on carpet.Because it will conduct electricity through the fibers of the carpet and burn your power pack out
Thanks for a great video, i just had to replace the battery, and it does crank however wont start. Do you happen to know if a new battery would have enough charge out of the box? It sounds like the gear is spinning but maybe not fast enough to start mower. Do you have any thoughts? Its on a trickle charger now so will try tomorrow.
most likely a low battery, if that doesnt help then clean the wire connections on the starter, could be a poor connection due to dirt or corrosion.
Thanks for reply,,, low battery was the issue
Great job, great content best of luck from England.
Thank you!
Nice job mate....Things were made to last! Cheers from Australia.
Good video mate.Taiwanese tools and after market car gear are very good...Normally better than Chinese....I am sure you can feel the difference in the quality of the steel...Our Aussie tools are pretty good......Enjoy your patience and thinking it through.......Cheers from Australia mate......Gary.
Thanks for the view and comment. I agree that tools made in the home country are far superior and will strive to grow my collection to all US made tools. Or even a few Aussie tools if I can find some. Lol. Cheers!
motor seems to have some corrosion are you near salt water?
I wouldn't say Near... its about 4 blocks away. Lol Yes corrosion is a big problem here.
Awesome Mower! Just to clarify, it is from the early 60´s, around 1963, earlier the motor looked different, it´s a model "TA..." It is a Power Products engine, not a Lauson. Tecumseh purchased Power Products (they supplied the two stroke engines) around the same time they purchased Lauson (they supplied the four stroke engines).
I appreciate the Info. Thanks.
@@MaxACCheers! I collect the Italien Licensee version of these engines, called Aspera or Tecnamotor. That´s how I know. Greetings from Germany!
I have this exact mower and had a throttle contrl/ carb spring come loose. With no reference for what it looked like before, could you share with me a photo of the spring set up behind the air filter? It would be life saving! I can get it cranked but cannot control the choke/ throttle anymore
I'm sorry I don't have the motor or the mower any longer. Good luck
good job
Thanks
My dodge charger is blowing hot air only. I remember it being cold in the am and I turned the knob to the red(hot) then in the afternoon I went to turn it to the blue(cold) but nothing. I can’t hear anything now under the dash so I don’t know which one I should change… hopefully I will after the video is over. Otherwise if you have any suggestions they’re greatly appreciated.
It’s hot on both passenger and driver side.
@@Gabby_a.k.a._PuroJohnK if it's blowing hot and there is no clicking or grinding noise it could be that your refrigerant system is low. You might have that checked also.
The refrigerant is full. I think I can hear some sound coming from the actuator but very faint. I am going to change the blend door actuator. See if it works. Thanks for the video and reply.
All you’re doing is wasting valuable time
Thanks for the warning. Cheers!
I have the same bike just bought it from original owner 91 years!
